Michael is our Financial Controller. He is a collector…not of bones (well, he does have a couple dinosaur bones)…but of sports memorabilia, coins, rocks, and Lego. His sporting love is the Green Bay Packers, and his favourite word in the English language is ‘supercalifragilisticexpialidocious’. If Michael wasn’t so damn good at accounting, he would be broke and wearing a cheesehead hat. He can’t possibly share his wife’s nickname for him, so he will just remain known as ‘Michael’.

Trish originally comes from Montreal, and joined CSTT in 2023. Trish takes care of reservation changes and is our first point of contact on the phone. In her free time, she volunteers as an Effective Speaking Coordinator with the Air Cadet program, and she loves to sew.
You can feel her smile through the phone, and in another life, Trish was a dinosaur sitting atop a mountain. She is known for her ‘zingers’ and has a self-described terrible singing voice. If she was not working at CSTT, Trish would be performing stage plays for food.

Jessica, (or ‘Jessie B’) is our CEO. Originally from the UK, Jessica has been with CSTT for nine years and she is responsible for some most of our office pranks. Jessica focuses on the power of relationships, in business and in life. She loves to learn new things and ask “Why?”. In her spare time you can find Jessica doing pretty much anything active, such as golfing, skiing, hiking, and cycling. She’s passionate about hockey, cats, Forex trading, and morning coffee.

Andrea is the most laid-back member of the CSTT team. It was either Administration or water slide tester – and we’re glad she chose us. Andrea (or “Alaska”) loves travelling, exploring, softball, skiing, camping, kayaking, and curling! If Andrea could be remembered for anything she would want it to be her ridiculously good looks, her sense of humour, and her laid-back personality. Andrea takes care of the important day-to-day admin stuff, but we’re still pretty sure she would rather be testing water slides.

Meet Candace! Candace is originally from Revelstoke, BC, and has been with CSTT for over 20 years. Candace likes to keep her day-to-day work activities a mystery so that she can never be replaced – although we’re sure they’re super important! Candace is a jack-of-all-trades and multi-tasks like it’s going out of style. She can do her work, scroll on Facebook, online shop, and choose new office memes all at the same time 🤯.
When Candace isn’t busy taking care of all of the Office Manager stuff, you can usually find her at her other jobs – hobbyist wine tourer and underpaid Uber driver for her kids.

Chris is the President and Founder of CSTT Sports Travel. He is originally from the posh part of England and he sounds just like James Bond. Today, Chris is mostly the pretty face of the company, and he is responsible for important activities such as kissing babies and cutting ribbons. Chris has a black belt in origami. His greatest strength is that he can laugh at himself – which is important in this office.
Chris loves to golf, kayak, and see new places. In his past life he was a structural engineer, and he could easily be a professional Starbucks coffee taster.

Alicia has been with CSTT for what feels like forever. As one of our Administrators, she takes care of reservation changes and several reporting functions. She likes interior decoration and is a bit of a clean freak – she might even tidy your desk if you ask nicely.
Alicia loves to play with her three year old, and snuggling her toy poodle. She enjoys travelling and exploring new places. If Alicia wasn’t so damn good at her job, she would probably be a contestant on a reality TV show.

As our resident nerd, Amanda loves gaming and superheroes (if she wasn’t with CSTT, she’d probably choose to be Batman). Amanda is a new mom and loves doing pretty much anything outdoors with her son and husband. On her days off you can find her hiking and boating.

Lexie, otherwise known as ‘Coco’ or ‘Google’, has been with CSTT for just over a year. She is responsible for assisting teams with their accommodation needs, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Lexie has a great sense of humor and gets along with people from all walks of life. She is passionate about the travel industry, and she’s not afraid of ‘over-sharing’.
Lexie lived in Australia for several years before settling in Kelowna. She loves cooking, traveling, geography, skiing BC’s beautiful mountains, and spending time with friends and family. Lexie is a self-proclaimed crazy cat lady who is currently developing a cocker spaniel obsession.

Meet Bill. Everyone knows Bill by his first name only – like Madonna, Prince, or Oprah. Bill has been with CSTT almost since day one, which means he’s ‘kind of a big deal’ in the sports travel industry. Bill is the lifter of heavy objects in the office, both physically and metaphorically, and has personally placed over 20,000 teams into hotels in his 20+ years with CSTT.
Bill likes to cook and entertain friends, and when he’s not in the office you can usually find him on a nearby sunny patio sampling local craft beers or on a long leisurely bike ride.

Meet Calvin, or, as we call him, Shrek. Calvin was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and has been in Canada for 23 years. As our Controller, Calvin makes sure that more money comes in, than goes out, and he’s pretty good at it! Calvin has been with CSTT for a little while now and is LOVING it (we’re pretty sure he just knows the boss is reading this). In his spare time you can find Calvin playing golf, tennis, riding his motorcycle, and trying out new restaurants.
